Annual General Meeting 2016
In accordance with clause 8 of the Club's Constitution, NOTICE is hereby given that the 28th AGM will be held on 13th August 2016 commencing 1800 hours (6PM) at the Reedbeds Community Centre, 19 Fitch Road FULHAM.
All Club Members and friends are invited to attend. However, under BY-LAWS of the constitution, point 5 section D, visitors may attend having paid for the evening meal.
All Executive Committee members will stand down and the position have to be filled. I urge as many members to attend and nominate for any position and I can assure you of my continued support as the outgoing President.
Under the Associations Incorporation Act of 1985 section 8.3, at least 14 days notice of this meeting shall be given to members and as the President I must comply with the instruction of The Office of Consumer and Business Affairs.
This is a free event. There is no entry fee. A free meal, Tea and Coffee will be provided. BYO drinks.
BINGO enthusiasts please note if we have sufficient number of Bingo enthusiasts we may have a Bingo Session So please bring your friends along.
